ROTARY PENETRATION STEEL PIPE PILE WITH TIP BLADE
To provide a rotary penetration steel pipe pile with a tip blade which reduces a burden due to a load from a building and improves stability during usage.SOLUTION: A rotary penetration steel pipe pile with a tip blade includes: a body part 20 composed of a cylindrical pipe formed with two inclined notch grooves 21 and 26; a lid part 30 which is arranged so as to be flush with a rear end opening 20b of the body part 20 or inside the rear end opening 20b, and is welded and fixed to a pipe inner peripheral surface 20c; a pipe shaft 40 having a diameter smaller than that of the body part welded and fixed to the lid part 30; an excavation member 50 whose plate thickness faces 51 and 51 of sides are welded and fixed to the mounting position of the body part 20 so that its tip projects a tip opening 20a of the body part 20, and whose plate thickness face 52 of the rear side is welded and fixed to the lid part 30; and two semi-disk like blade members 60 and 70 which are inserted into the pipe through the notch grooves 21 and 26 in a cross shape, and are welded and fixed to a contact part with the excavation member 50 and insertion parts 22 and 27 of the notch grooves 21 and 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築物からの荷重による負担を軽減して使用時の安定性の向上を図った先端翼付回転貫入鋼管杭を提供する。【解決手段】2つの傾斜状切欠き溝21,26が形成された筒状管体よりなる本体部20と、本体部20の後端開口20bに面一又は後端開口20bよりも内側に配置されて管体内周面20cに溶接固定される蓋部30と、蓋部30に溶接固定される本体部よりも小径の管体軸40と、先端部が本体部20の先端開口20aから突出するように本体部20の取付位置に側辺の板厚面51,51が溶接固定されるとともに蓋部30に後端辺の板厚面52が溶接固定される掘削部材50と、切欠き溝21,26を介して管体内部に交差状に挿入されるとともに掘削部材50との当接部及び切欠き溝21,26の挿入部22,27とに溶接固定される2つの半円盤状翼部材60,70とを備える。【選択図】図1
