DRIVING DEVICE OF WORK MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device of a work machine capable of saving energy by regenerating regenerative power from hydraulic actuators by hydraulic pumps while securing operability.SOLUTION: A driving device of a work machine includes a plurality of hydraulic actuators 5a, 7a, 8a, 9a, a plurality of hydraulic pumps 14, 15, 16, 17 driving the hydraulic actuators 5a, 7a, 8a, 9a by supplying a pressure oil, an engine 12 for driving the hydraulic pumps 14, 15, 16. 17, and a controller 24 for controlling capacities of the hydraulic pumps 14, 15, 16, 17. The controller 24 has a constitution having a horse power arithmetic circuit calculating the total output of the hydraulic pumps 14, 15, 16, 17, and a pump command/proportional valve command arithmetic circuit calculating load power of the engine 12 on the basis of the total output calculated by the horse power arithmetic circuit, and controlling the capacities of the hydraulic pumps 14, 15, 16, 17 so that the load power becomes a prescribed power or less and a positive value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】操作性を確保しつつ、油圧アクチュエータからの回生動力を油圧ポンプにて回生し、省エネを図ることができる作業機械の駆動装置の提供。【解決手段】本発明は、複数の油圧アクチュエータ5a,7a,8a,9aと、圧油を供給して油圧アクチュエータ5a,7a,8a,9aを駆動する複数の油圧ポンプ14,15,16,17と、油圧ポンプ14,15,16,17を駆動するエンジン12と、油圧ポンプ14,15,16,17の容量を制御するコントローラ24とを備え、コントローラ24は、油圧ポンプ14,15,16,17の合計出力を算出する馬力演算回路と、馬力演算回路にて算出した合計出力に基づいてエンジン12の負荷動力を算出し、負荷動力が所定の動力以下かつ正の値となるように、油圧ポンプ14,15,16,17の容量を制御するポンプ指令・比例弁指令演算回路とを有する構成にしてある。【選択図】図1
