METAL FITTING FOR INSTALLING SOLAR BATTERY PANEL, AND INSTALLATION STRUCTURE OF SOLAR PANEL WITH USE OF METAL FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fitting for installing solar battery panels and an installation structure of solar panels with use of the metal fitting, which not only realizes the easy installation on a construction-site surface, but also can ensure an installation state which remains reliable and strong even under severe environments.SOLUTION: A metal fitting for installing a solar battery panel in this invention comprises: a first metal plate 31, which has at least one bent part, and is formed being bent into L-shape or into crank shape so that it contacts a steel material of a frame, an angle material or a channel material, which is located on a side face of a solar battery panel 1; and a second metal plate 32, which has a straight part that contacts a frame or a steel material that is located on the bottom part opposite the light-receiving face of the solar battery panel 1. The second metal plate 32 has an engaging projection 34 at its end on the side contacting the solar battery panel 1. The engaging projection 34 has a folding structure for fixing the solar battery panel. At least the first metal plate 31 has a hole that is formed to have a tightening fixture run through.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】敷設面上に容易に取付けることができるだけでなく、厳しい環境下においても確実で強固な取付け性を確保することができる太陽電池パネルの取付金具及び取付金具による太陽電池パネルの取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】少なくとも1箇所の屈曲部を有し、太陽電池パネル1の側面に位置するフレーム又はアングル材若しくはチャンネル材の鋼材と当接するようにL字状又はクランク状に曲げて形成された第1の金属板31と、太陽電池パネル1の受光面と反対側の底部に位置するフレーム又は鋼材と当接する直線部分を有する第2の金属板32とを備え、第2の金属板32には、太陽電池パネル1と当接する側の端部に太陽電池パネルを固定するための折り返し構造を有する係合突起部34が設けられ、且つ、少なくとも第1の金属板31には締め付け用治具を貫通させるための穴が形成されている。【選択図】図4
