JACK REACTION SUPPORT MEMBER AND BUILDING DISASSEMBLING METHOD OF USING THIS REACTION SUPPORT MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction support member installed in a column upper part used for constructing a building and disassembling an existing building, and a disassembling method of the existing building of using this reaction member.SOLUTION: A support tool installed in a column top part comprises a cylindrical member 4 for storing the column top part, a suspension base 5 for supporting a suspension material 7 by joining to the cylindrical member 4 and a cover-shaped member for blocking up at least a part of an upper part of the cylindrical member 4, and provides a reaction support member 1 capable of releasing the cover-shaped member. A disassembling method of an existing building comprises an initial process of suspending-supporting a work floor skeleton from the reaction support member 1 installed in the column top part, by leaving a column up to a predetermined height of penetrating through an existing floor skeleton, with a floor skeleton of the predetermined floor of the existing building as a work floor skeleton, and with at least a partial column of the building as a column, a disassembling process of disassembling a floor height quantity of the column on its skeleton by descending the work floor skeleton after disassembling the existing building except for the column in a space just under the floor skeleton and a repetition process of the disassembling process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物の構築、および既存建物に解体に用いる支柱上部に設置する反力支持部材と、この反力部材を用いた既存建物の解体方法を提供する。【解決手段】支柱頂部に設置する支持具で、前記支柱頂部を収納する筒状部材4と、筒状部材4に接合して吊り材7を支持する吊り台5と、筒状部材4の上部の少なくとも一部を塞ぐ蓋状部材とを備え、前記蓋状部材を解放可能にした反力支持部材1が提供される。既存建物の解体方法は、当該既存建物の所定階の床躯体を作業床躯体とし、前記建物の少なくとも一部の柱を支柱として、前記既存床躯体を貫通する所定高さまで前記支柱を残し、前記支柱頂部に設置した反力支持部材1から前記作業床躯体を吊り支持する初期工程と、前記床躯体の直下の空間内で、前記支柱を除いて前記既存建物を解体した後に、前記作業床躯体を下降させ、その躯体上で、前記支柱の階高分を解体する解体工程と、前記解体工程の繰り返し工程とを備える。【選択図】図1
