INSTALLATION METHOD OF FIREPROOF TREATMENT TOOL AND FIREPROOF TREATMENT TOOL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method of a fireproof treatment tool and the fireproof treatment tool, capable of easily sticking the fireproof treatment tool to an outer surface of pipeline/piping material already inserted into a penetration part.SOLUTION: A fireproof treatment tool 11 comprises an adhesive layer 13 composed of a viscous material and a pressing layer 12 composed of thermally expansive heat resistant rubber, and a net body 12 is stuck to the adhesive layer 13. For installing the fireproof treatment tool 11, first of all, the fireproof treatment tool 11 is wound by opposing the net body 14 to an outer surface of a waved pipe S, and the fireproof treatment tool 11 is moved along the axial direction of the waved pipe S, and is arranged between a through-hole Wa and the waved pipe S. The fireproof treatment tool 11 is pressed toward the waved pipe S, and the net body 14 is immersed in the adhesive layer 13 so that the adhesive layer 13 passed through a mesh is advanced more than the net body 14, and the adhesive layer 13 is stuck to the waved pipe S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】貫通部に挿通済みの配管・配管材の外面に対し、耐火処理具を簡単に貼着することができる耐火処理具の設置方法及び耐火処理具を提供すること。【解決手段】耐火処理具11は、粘性材料からなる粘着層13と、熱膨張性耐熱ゴムからなる押圧層12とを有するとともに、粘着層13には網体14が貼着されている。耐火処理具11を設置するには、まず、貫通孔Waの外で、網体14を波付管Sの外面に向き合わせて耐火処理具11を巻回し、耐火処理具11を波付管Sの軸方向に沿って移動させて貫通孔Waと波付管Sとの間に配置する。そして、耐火処理具11を波付管Sに向けて押圧して粘着層13内に網体14を没入させることで、網目を通過した粘着層13を網体14よりも前進させ、粘着層13を波付管Sに貼着させる。【選択図】図5
