To provide a fireproof device improved in fireproof performance by closing deformed gaps having reinforcing ribs formed inside gaps formed between the irregular face of a deck plate and a wall member, a fireproof structure, a fireproof method, and a forming tool of the fireproof device.SOLUTION: In a fireproof device, a fire proof plate 110 formed of a high-density incombustible material with a thickness allowing curvature deformation of a plane surface is inserted to close openings of deformed gaps, and when the fire proof plate 110 is inserted into the deformed gaps, notch parts K are provided from a periphery of the fire proof plate 110 over a tip position of reinforcing ribs R at a position of the fire proof plate 110 and the reinforcing ribs R interfering with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 デッキプレートの凹凸面と壁部材との間に形成された隙間の内側に補強用リブが形成された異型隙間を閉塞し、さらに防火性能を向上させた耐火装置、耐火構造、耐火方法、および耐火装置の形成治具を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 平面を湾曲変形できる厚さの高密度の不燃材料からなる耐火板110が、異型隙間の開口部を閉塞するように挿入され、耐火板110が異型隙間に挿入されたときに、耐火板110と補強用リブRとが干渉する位置で、耐火板110の周囲から補強用リブRの先端位置にかけて切込部Kが設けられる。【選択図】図1
