METHOD FOR CONVERSION OF WASTE PLASTIC TO OIL AND CEMENT RAW MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for conversion of waste plastic to oil that has a sufficiently high rate of conversion to oil in spite of using a material stably available at a low cost, and allows a used catalyst to be effectively used not only as a cement material but also as a fuel at the time of cement burning.SOLUTION: A method for conversion of waste plastic to oil according to the present invention includes the steps of: feeding crushed waste plastic as a raw material onto granular powder-like granulated blast furnace slag 7 as a heat medium preheated to a temperature range of 350-500°C in a reactor 1; mixing the waste plastic into the granulated blast furnace slag 7 by stirring means 3 to dust the waste plastic with the granulated blast furnace slag 7 and catalytically decomposing and gasifying the waste plastic by the high-temperature granulated blast furnace slag 7 on a contact surface with the granulated blast furnace slag 7 to produce cracked gas; and cooling the cracked gas to produce cracked oil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】低コストで安定して入手可能な材料を用いるにも拘わらず、油化率が十分に高く、しかも使用済みの触媒をセメント原料としてだけでなく、セメント焼成時の燃料としても有効に利用できる廃プラスチックの油化方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の廃プラスチックの油化方法は、反応器1内で350℃〜500℃の温度域に予め加熱した熱媒体としての粒粉状の高炉水砕スラグ7上に破砕した廃プラスチックを原料として投入する工程と、撹拌手段3によって高炉水砕スラグ7中に前記廃プラスチックを混合し、前記廃プラスチックに高炉水砕スラグ7をまぶして、前記廃プラスチックを高炉水砕スラグ7との接触面において高温の高炉水砕スラグ7によって接触分解させガス化させて分解ガスを生成する工程と、前記分解ガスを冷却し分解油を生成する工程と、を備えることを特徴とする方法である。【選択図】図1
