SOLAR ROOF STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar roof structure that effectively prevents penetration of rainwater from a gap between adjacent solar battery panels and reduces construction costs thereof.SOLUTION: A plurality of solar battery panels 1... are aligned longitudinally and laterally as roofing materials on a pitched roof frame body 2. Gap parts Sa and Sb having a predetermined width are formed respectively between each of the solar battery panels 1 and 1 aligned longitudinally in a roof pitch direction and between each of the solar battery panels 1 and 1 aligned laterally in a direction orthogonal to the roof pitch direction. A sealant 3 is filled into the gap parts Sa and Sb, and a long waterproof tape 4 that covers the gap parts Sa and Sb is bonded respectively between each of the solar battery panels 1 and 1 aligned longitudinally and each of the solar battery panels 1 and 1 aligned laterally.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】隣り合う太陽電池パネル相互間の隙間からの雨水の侵入を有効に防止できると共に、その施工費の低減化を実現できるソーラー屋根構造を提供する。【解決手段】屋根勾配付きの屋根枠体2に屋根材としての多数の太陽電池パネル1・・・が縦横整列状に配置され、屋根流れ方向に沿った各縦列の太陽電池パネル1・・・が左右に隣り合う太陽電池パネル1,1相互間及び屋根流れ方向と直交する各横列の太陽電池パネル1・・・が前後に隣り合う太陽電池パネル1,1互間に夫々一定幅の隙間部Sa,Sbが設けられ、これらの隙間部Sa,Sbにシーリング材3が装填されると共に、これらの隙間部Sa,Sbを覆う長尺状の防水テープ4が各縦列の太陽電池パネル1,1相互間及び各横列の太陽電池パネル1,1相互間に夫々接着されている。【選択図】図3
