PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tatami mat that is light-weight and easy to carry, at the same time offering cushioning property and flexibility, in response to recent trends of using thin tatami mats often and forming a partial tatami mat room in a wooden floor room by laying tatami mats on the wooden flooring.SOLUTION: A tatami mat is made by laminating a rear surface sheet, a plastic corrugated board having upper and lower sheets connected by a plurality of boards and made by extrusion molding using a ladder-shape die, a wooden fiber board, the plastic corrugated board, and a polyethylene foam cushioning sheet, in that order starting from a bottom layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 畳は最近薄いものが多用されてきている。また、畳の間が減少し、ほとんどがフローリング等の板の間になってきているが、その一部に畳を敷き、部分的な和室にすることが流行してきている。この場合には、従来のような厚い畳よりは薄く敷物に近いものが好適である。また、重量も軽くて持ち運びが便利なものが好まれる。しかし、クッション性や柔軟性も求められる。【解決手段】 下層から順に、裏面シート、上下２枚のシートを多数の板で連結して構造のもので梯子様の形状のダイを用いて押出成形して製造されるプラスチック段ボール、木質繊維質ボード、前記同様のプラスチック段ボール、発泡ポリエチレン製クッションシートを積層したもの。【選択図】 図１
