JOINT PART STRUCTURE OF COPING MEMBERS AND INTERPOSING MEMBERS USED IN JOINT PART
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance and touch of a coping when extending the coping by adding a coping member and joining coping accessories to form a right-angle corner and the like, while making a gap of a joint part inconspicuous.SOLUTION: Interposing members 14, 15 are provided when joining coping accessories 13 at a right-angle corner and coping members 11, 12. The interposing members 14, 15 each include: a plate-like fitting part which is closely fixed to an end face of the coping accessory 13 formed flush with high flatness by processing in a factory; and a covering part which is bent from side and upper outer peripheral edges of the plate-like fitting part. Accordingly, a gap formed when spandrel walls are warped and an angle of the right-angle corner is not accurately formed, or when the coping members 11, 12 are cut on site to cause inclination and roughness of the cut surface, can be covered with the covering part. Further, the covering part is only protruded while extending in the short-side (width) direction of the coping member, therefore, appearance and touch of a coping do not significantly change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】笠木部材を継ぎ足して延長したり、笠木役物を用いて直角のコーナーなどに組合わせる場合において、隙間が目立たないようにしつつ、美観や手触りを改善する。【解決手段】直角コーナーの笠木役物１３と笠木部材１１，１２とを組合わせるにあたって、間に介在部材１４，１５を設け、その介在部材１４，１５を、工場での加工によって高い平坦度で面一に形成される笠木役物１３の端面に密着固定される板状の嵌入部と、その板状の嵌入部における側方および上方の外周縁から曲折される覆い部とを備えて構成する。したがって、腰壁の歪みや直角コーナーの角度が出ていなかったりして、或いは現場での笠木部材１１，１２の切断による切断面の傾きや荒れなどによって生じる隙間を、覆い部で覆い隠すことができる。また、覆い部は笠木部材の短手（幅）方向に帯状に延びて隆起しているだけであり、美観や手触りが大きく変化することはない。【選択図】図１
