FIXING STRUCTURE OF CAR STOP BLOCK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car stop block used for a parking lot capable of being reliably fixed to the pavement surface by an anchor bracket.SOLUTION: The fixing structure for strongly fixing the car stop block to a pavement surface is formed by performing the following steps: drilling a hole through the pavement up to the upper part of a crushed ballast roadbed; filling the drilled hole with mortar; and inserting a core bar driven type metal anchor with expanding front end, or an anchor bolt, a front end part or a head part of the anchor bolt into the upper part of the crushed ballast roadbed to form a stopper of mortar agglomeration to fix the anchor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】 駐車場に使用する車止めブロックはアンカー金具で固定しているものが多いが舗装面から取り外れているものがある。【解決手段】 車止めブロックを舗装面に固定する場合、舗装の全厚及びこの下の砕石路盤の上の部分を削孔し、これらの削孔部にモルタルを注入し、ここに金属拡張系芯棒打込み式アンカー又はアンカー用ボルトを挿入し金属拡張系芯棒打込み式アンカーの先端部又はアンカー用ボルトの頭部を砕石路盤の上の部分にモルタルで固定しモルタル塊ストッパーを作り、車止めブロックを舗装面に強固に固定した車止めブロックの固定構造とした。【選択図】 図７
