PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving member structure which is easy in the exchange of a receiving part even if there is the necessity for installing the receiving part in a position which is difficult to be accessed, and a sliding door including the same.SOLUTION: A receiving member structure 10 is constituted of: a rail 14 having a moving space therein in which a slide assist device X attached to a door plate A moves; a receiving member 12 which has a receiving part engaged with the slide assist device X, is fixed to an opening end part of the rail 14 at its rear end, and attached to an internal face of the rail 14; and a block member 16 which is attached to the internal face of the rail 14, and on which a tip of the receiving member 12 abuts when the receiving member 12 is attached to the rail 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
