COMMUNICATION SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE, ON-VEHICLE UNIT, MOBILE UNIT AND COMPUTER PROGRAM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system for a vehicle that accurately detects whether a mobile unit is inside or outside of the vehicle, regardless of whether the vehicle door is open or closed.SOLUTION: A communication system for a vehicle includes an on-vehicle unit 1 and a mobile unit 2. The on-vehicle unit 1 transmits signals from a plurality of transmission antennas (3) installed on the vehicle. The mobile unit 2 measures a received signal intensity of the signals transmitted from each of the plurality of transmission antennas (3), and transmits a response signal that contains the received signal intensity of each signal. The on-vehicle unit 1 receives the response signal. The on-vehicle unit 1 has stored in its memory a plurality of inside/outside the vehicle judgment data for each of open/closed states of the vehicle door, for judging whether the mobile unit 2 is inside or outside the vehicle, and detects the open/closed state of the vehicle door and selects one of the inside/outside the vehicle data based on the detected result. Then, the on-vehicle unit 1 judges whether the mobile unit 2 is inside or outside the vehicle, based on the received signal intensity contained in the received response signal and the selected inside/outside the vehicle judgment datum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】車両のドアの開閉状態に拘わらず携帯機が車室内にあるか否かを精度良く判定することが可能な車両用通信ステムを提供する。【解決手段】車両用通信システムは、車載機1及び携帯機2を備える。車載機1は車両Cに設けられた複数の送信アンテナ(3)から信号を送信する。携帯機2は、複数の送信アンテナ(3)からそれぞれ送信された信号の受信信号強度を測定し、各信号の受信信号強度を含む応答信号を送信する。車載機1は応答信号を受信する。車載機1は、携帯機2が車室内にあるか否かを判定するための複数の車室内外判定情報それぞれを車両ドアの開閉状態毎に記憶しており、車両ドアの開閉状態を検知し、検知結果に基づいて、一の車室内外判定情報を選択する。そして、車載機1は、受信した応答信号に含まれる受信信号強度と、選択した車室内外判定情報とに基づいて、携帯機2が、車室内にあるか否かを判定する。【選択図】図1
