PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease trap capable of effectively separating drainage into an oil component and a non-oil component.SOLUTION: A grease trap G has a treatment tank 1 to which drainage that includes an oil component is fed, and includes a plurality of partitions 2A, 2B for partitioning inside the treatment tank 1, and a basket 3 that receives the drainage fed to the treatment tank 1 and recovers wastes contained in the drainage. Of the plurality of partitions 2A, 2B, the partition located furthest upstream of a flow of the drainage in the treatment tank 1 is a first partition 2A. A part of the treatment tank 1 that is partitioned by the first partition 2A and houses the basket 3 is a first chamber 1A. An oil absorbing material 4 that absorbs the oil component in the drainage is disposed outside of and below the basket 3 in the first chamber 1A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
