URETHANE FOAM FILLING METHOD, FILLING PIPE UNIT AND URETHANE FOAM FILLING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane foam filling method, a filling pipe unit for urethane foam neat liquid and a urethane foam filling structure which generate bearing force, in a void section existing under the ground, equal to or higher than the ground by filling the void section with urethane foam in a manner that facilitates urethane foam filling depending on characteristics of the ground and a change in earth pressure.SOLUTION: A method to fill a void section Ab existing in the ground G with urethane foam uses urethane foam neat liquid made by mixing liquid A and liquid B and constructs a plurality of urethane foam layers P1 to P4 in the void section Ab by filling a plurality types of urethane neat liquid into the void section Ab in series.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地盤中に存在する空洞部に発泡ウレタンを充填して地盤と同等以上の支持力を付与する際に、地盤の特性や土圧の変化に応じた充填を行い易くする発泡ウレタン充填方法、発泡ウレタン原液の注入管ユニット、及び発泡ウレタン充填構造を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】地盤G内に存在する空洞部Abに発泡ウレタンを充填する方法であって、発泡ウレタン原液は、A液とB液との混合液であり、空洞部Abに複数種類の発泡ウレタン原液を順次注入することにより、空洞部Ab内に複数の発泡ウレタン層P1〜P4を形成する。【選択図】図1
