URETHANE FOAM
To provide an urethane foam which has high moldability even by a spray method, has low thermal conductivity, has more excellent flame retardancy, can prevent deterioration in flame retardancy with lapse of time, and has low corrosiveness to metal.SOLUTION: An urethane foam is obtained by reaction of a resin composition containing a polyisocyanate compound, a polyol compound, a catalyst, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer and a flame retardant. The catalyst contains a trimerization catalyst, the flame retardant contains red phosphorus as an essential component, and a residual NCO index calculated based on an absorption spectrum obtained by an infrared spectrum analysis method is 0.01-5.00%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】吹付工法によっても成形性が高く、熱伝導性が低く、より優れた難燃性を有し、さらに経時での難燃性の低下を防止でき、金属に対する腐食性の低いウレタン発泡体の提供。【解決手段】ポリイソシアネート化合物、ポリオール化合物、触媒、発泡剤、整泡剤及び難燃剤を含む樹脂組成物を反応させてなるウレタン発泡体であって、前記触媒は、三量化触媒を含み、前記難燃剤は、赤燐を必須成分とし、また赤外線分光分析法により得られた吸収スペクトルに基づいて算出された残留NCO指数が0.01〜5.00%であることを特徴とする、ウレタン発泡体。【選択図】なし
