PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic isolation anchor that has an anchor bolt provided with a hard rubber so as to reduce damage to a building during earthquakes.SOLUTION: In an anchor bolt 1 for binding a foundation and a sill of a building, hard packing 2 on a sill is provided between a washer and a nut; hard packing 3 under the sill is provided between the sill and the foundation; and a push-in rubber 4 is provided in the upper part of the foundation. The anchor bolts each provided with a hard rubber are arranged in three places with no structural problem to retain vibration-proofness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】地震時に建物損傷を減少させる為、アンカーボルトに硬質ゴムを設けた防震アンカーを提供する。【解決手段】建築物の基礎と土台を緊結するアンカーボルト1に、座金・ナット間に土台上硬質パッキン2を、土台と基礎との間に土台下硬質パッキン3を、更に、基礎の上部中に押込みゴム4を設けた、各硬質ゴムつきのアンカーボルトとすることにより、構造上問題のない3ヵ所に配置することにより防振性を保有させる。【選択図】図2
