To provide a cooperative mechanism of anchor bolts and a distributed seismic isolation device that enables easy drilling of a through-hole in a foundation and reduces cost and man-hours required for building construction.SOLUTION: In a cooperative mechanism of anchor bolts and a distributed seismic isolation device that comprises an anchor bolt 21 embedded in a foundation 11 of a building to fix the foundation 12, a through hole 13 through which the anchor bolt 21 is inserted and penetrates the foundation 12 vertically, a nut 22 screwed into the upper end of the anchor bolt 21, and the distributed seismic isolation device 30 inserted between the foundation 11 and foundation 12, the through-hole 13 is formed with the same diameter across the top and bottom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
