METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MOLDED BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a molded body which enhances the degree of freedom of shape and material of a sample to be sintered.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a molded body includes: a plasmarizing process of plasmarizing atmosphere of a space in which a sample is disposed; and a sintering process of sintering the sample by heating in a plasmarized atmosphere. In the method of manufacturing a molded body of metal or metal oxide, or of a composite material containing metal or metal oxide, an atmospheric pressure in the sintering process is set to 10 kPa or more, and the atmosphere is an inert gas or hydrogen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
