PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a molded body which enhances the degree of freedom of shape and material of a sample to be sintered.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a molded body includes: a plasmarizing process of plasmarizing atmosphere of a space in which a sample is disposed; and a sintering process of sintering the sample by heating in a plasmarized atmosphere. In the method of manufacturing a molded body of metal or metal oxide, or of a composite material containing metal or metal oxide, an atmospheric pressure in the sintering process is set to 10 kPa or more, and the atmosphere is an inert gas or hydrogen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】焼結される試料の形状及び材料の自由度を高める、成形体の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】成形体の製造方法は、試料が配置された空間の雰囲気をプラズマ化するプラズマ化工程と、プラズマ化した雰囲気により試料を加熱して焼結させる焼結工程とを含む成形体の製造方法。焼結工程の雰囲気圧力は、１０ｋＰａ以上に設定され、雰囲気は不活性ガス、又は水素である、金属、金属酸化物、又は、金属、若しくは金属酸化物を含む複合材料の成形体の製造方法。【選択図】図１
