CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE FOR REFRIGERATION STORAGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction structure for a refrigeration storage that suppresses reduction of storage amount, curtails a construction period, and suppresses distortion during refrigeration, even with a large-scale refrigeration storage having, for example, a longer side measuring over 100 m.SOLUTION: A steel beam 10, which constitutes an upper skeleton of a steel structure, is erected in segments along a longer-side direction of a refrigeration storage. After refrigerating the refrigeration storage, one steel beam 10b of steel beams 10a, 10b on both sides of a split part is fastened by tightening a bolt through one side of a reinforcing plate 13, the steel beams having been contracted on both sides in the longer-side direction from the split part. Then, the other steel beam 10a is fastened by tightening a bolt, through a loose hole 14a having a hole that extends in a longer-side direction, the loose hole being formed on the other side of the reinforcing plate 13. Thus, the steel beams 10a, 10b on both sides have been fixed. Here, a heat insulation material is filled again in a widened space S21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】冷蔵倉庫の長辺が例えば100mを超えるような大規模冷蔵倉庫であっても、収蔵量の低減を抑え、かつ、工期を短くして、冷却時の歪みを抑えることができる冷蔵倉庫の構築構造を提供すること。【解決手段】鉄骨構造の上部躯体である鉄骨梁10を冷蔵倉庫の長手方向に分割して構築し、前記冷蔵倉庫の冷却後に、分割部分から長手方向の両側にそれぞれ収縮した両側の鉄骨梁10a,10bのうちの一方の鉄骨梁10bを補強プレート13の一方側を介してボルト締めし、補強プレート13の他方側に設けられた長手方向に延びる穴をもつルーズホール14aを介して他方の鉄骨梁10aをボルト締めして両側の鉄骨梁10a,10bを固定する。なお、拡幅した間隙S21に断熱材が再充填される。【選択図】図3
