REINFORCING STRUCTURE FOR EXISTING BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure for an existing building that reduces resisting force against floating borne by resisting force providing means, or reduces the number of resisting force providing means, for controlling overturning of a three-dimensional frame.SOLUTION: A reinforcing structure for an existing building includes: a pair of structures 10A, 10B facing each other that are laid out opposite each other; a foundation structure 12 constructed between existing buildings; a pair of three-dimensional frames 14A, 14B constructed along and connected to the existing buildings; a first column part 34 of the three-dimensional frame located close to the existing building and having a lower edge part fixed on the foundation structure; a second column part 36 of the three-dimensional frame located further from the existing building and having a lower edge fixed on the foundation structure; and resisting force providing means 18, 20 having a lower end embedded in a ground 22 underneath the foundation structure and an upper end fixed on the foundation structure, providing resisting force R against floating to the foundation structure and providing larger resisting force against pull-out to the first column part than the second column part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】抵抗力付与手段が負担する浮上り抵抗力を低減させ、又は抵抗力付与手段の数量を減少させて、立体架構の転倒を抑制する既存建物補強構造を提供する。【解決手段】既存建物補強構造は、対向配置された一対の対向構造部10A、10Bと、既存建物の間に構築された基礎構造体12と、既存建物に沿って構築され、既存建物と接合された一対の立体架構14A、14Bと、既存建物に近い側にあり、下端部が基礎構造体に固定された立体架構の第1柱部34と、既存建物に遠い側にあり、下端部が基礎構造体に固定された立体架構の第2柱部36と、下端部が基礎構造体の下の地盤22に埋め込まれ、上端部が基礎構造体に固定され、基礎構造体に浮上り抵抗力Rを付与し、第2柱部よりも第1柱部へ付与する引抜き抵抗力を大きくした抵抗力付与手段18、20と、を有している。【選択図】図2
