EMERGENCY SUPPLY STORAGE WAREHOUSE AND DISASTER PREVENTION SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency supply storage warehouse capable of storing relief supplies over a long period and easily taking hold of meteorological data in the installation place and an image of the periphery; and a disaster prevention system.SOLUTION: An emergency supply storage warehouse 10 is formed into a rectangular parallelepiped box body with building panels, has a heat insulating material provided therein, and has a plurality of panel-shaped solar batteries 11 arranged on the roof thereof. In a room of the emergency supply storage warehouse 10 contained are a plurality of batteries 15 that accept electric power from the solar batteries 11 and accumulate it; an AC air conditioner 5 that is provided by connecting the batteries 15 to an inverter 14 and allows storage of relief supplies such as water and emergency food at a room temperature of 20 to 25 degrees; a meteorological observation device 20 that measures the temperature, humidity, wind direction/rate and atmospheric pressure; a data logger 24 that stores meteorological data obtained by the measurement; a network camera 23 that images the periphery and is installed on an outer wall of the warehouse; and a mobile router 25 that uploads to a homepage a meteorological state measured and an image of the periphery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】救援物資を長期保存できるとともに、設置場所における気象データや周辺の映像を簡便に把握できるようにした防災用品保管庫と、防災システムを提供する。【解決手段】この防災用品保管庫10は、建築パネルで直方体状の箱体を形成して断熱材を内装し、屋根上に、パネル状の太陽電池11を複数配置し、室内に、該太陽電池11からの電力を受け入れ蓄積する複数のバッテリ15と、該バッテリ15にインバータ14を接続して交流用のエアコンディショナ5を設け、水や非常食などの救援物資を室温20〜25度で保存するとともに、気温、湿度、風向風速、気圧などを計測する気象観測装置20と、計測した気象データを保存するデータロガー24と、周辺を撮影するネットワークカメラ23を外壁に設置し、計測した気象状況と周辺の映像をホームページへアップロードするモバイルルーター25を備えている。【選択図】図1
