PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster prevention warehouse which can supply electric power to a load for a long time at a power failure.SOLUTION: The disaster prevention warehouse includes: a building body having a specific load 22; a first power generation unit 40 having power storage capability and capable of supplying power to the specific load 22; a second power generation unit 50 having electric generation capability and capable of supplying power to the specific load 22; and a first automatic switch board 60 inserted in distribution lines L5, L7-L10, to select, as a power source for supplying power to the specific load 22, the first power generation unit 40 or the second power generation unit 50. When the second power generation unit 50 generates electricity at a power failure, the first automatic switch board 60 selects the second power generation unit 50 to supply power to the specific load 22, whereas when the second power generation unit 50 does not generate electricity at the power failure, the first power generation unit 40 is selected to supply power to the specific load 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
