DRY ACTIVATED CARBON POWDER INJECTION EQUIPMENT AND DRY ACTIVATED CARBON POWDER INJECTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable finer injection amount control during injection of a dry activated carbon powder.SOLUTION: Dry activated carbon powder injection equipment comprises: an activated carbon storage tank 11 that stores a dry activated carbon powder; a supply amount variable supply part 12-14 that cuts out the dry activated carbon powder DC stored in the activated carbon storage tank 11 and supplies it at a constant amount; a dissolving tank 15 that mixes the dry activated carbon powder DC supplied from the supply part 12-14 with dissolving water supplied separately at a constant flow rate to continuously produce activated carbon slurry having a predetermined concentration; an activated carbon slurry storage tank 32 for storing the slurry produced continuously in the dissolving tank 15; and a flow rate variable injection pump 33 that supplies the slurry stored in the activated carbon slurry storage tank 32 to an injection point under pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ドライ粉末活性炭の注入に際して、より細かな注入量制御を可能にする。【解決手段】上記課題は、ドライ粉末活性炭を貯留する活性炭貯留槽11と、活性炭貯留槽11に貯留されたドライ粉末活性炭DCを切り出して定量供給する供給量可変の供給部12〜14と、この供給部12〜14から供給されるドライ粉末活性炭DCと、別途流量一定で供給される溶解水とを混合して所定濃度の活性炭のスラリーを連続的に製造する溶解槽15と、この溶解槽15で連続的に製造されるスラリーを貯留するための活性炭スラリー貯留槽32と、この活性炭スラリー貯留槽32に貯留されたスラリーを注入点に圧送供給する流量可変の注入ポンプ33と、を備えたことを特徴とするドライ粉末活性炭注入設備により解決される。【選択図】図4
