PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a ceramic composite which, when forming the ceramic composite by firing a plurality of ceramic moldings having different sintering temperatures, can suppress occurrence of warping, peeling, cracking, and the like, and to provide the ceramic composite.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a ceramic composite by collectively firing a plurality of ceramic moldings having different sintering temperatures, comprising steps of: laminating a first ceramic molding having a first sintering temperature and a second ceramic molding having a second sintering temperature higher than the first sintering temperature; and adjusting a temperature of the first ceramic molding so as to be equal to or more than the first firing temperature and equal to or less than the second firing temperature, and firing the second ceramic molding at a sintering temperature equal to or more than the second sintering temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】焼結温度の異なる複数のセラミック成形体を焼成してセラミック複合体を形成する際に、反りや剥がれ、クラック等が生じることを抑制できるセラミック複合体の製造方法及びセラミック複合体を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明に係るセラミック複合体の製造方法は、焼結温度の異なる複数のセラミック成形体を一括して焼成するセラミック複合体の製造方法であって、第1の焼結温度を有する第1のセラミック成形体と、第1の焼結温度よりも高い第2の焼結温度を有する第2のセラミック成形体とを積層する工程と、第1のセラミック成形体を第1の焼結温度以上第2の焼結温度以下となるように温度調整し、かつ、第2のセラミック成形体を第2の焼結温度以上の焼結温度で焼成する工程と、を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
