FIXED STRUCTURE OF PLATE PANELS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed structure of plate panels that allows plate panels to be readily assembled without relying on experiences and intuition of a concrete mold carpenter, and allows workers other than a concrete mold carpenter to efficiently assemble the plate panels in a short time, without much labor.SOLUTION: With a fixed structure 10 of plate panels, a head part of a through-bolt is welded to a fixing square pipe while a screw part of the through-bolt is exposed in a forward direction from a front wall of the fixing square pipe. After the fixing square pipe is placed movably in vertical and horizontal directions between a first and a second horizontal members 16, 17, insertion holes for plate panels 21a to 21h, 22a, 22b are pierced through the screw part of the through-bolt. A waterproof washer 23 is inserted into the screw part of the through-bolt, and one end of a long nut 24 is screwed. The plate panels 21a to 21h, 22a, 22b are fixed on the fixing square pipe by the long nut 24 screwed on the screw part of the through-bolt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】型枠大工の経験や勘に頼ることなく、板パネルを容易に組み上げることができ、型枠大工のみならず、他の作業者が手間を要さず短時間に効率よく組み立てることができる板パネル固定構造物を提供する。【解決手段】板パネル固定構造物１０では、通しボルトの螺子部が固定用角パイプの前壁から前方へ露出した状態で通しボルトの頭部が固定用角パイプに溶接によって固定され、固定用角パイプが第１および第２横架材１６，１７の間に上下方向と横方向とへ移動可能に配置された後、通しボルトの螺子部に板パネル２１ａ〜２１ｈ，２２ａ，２２ｂの挿通孔が挿通され、防水用ワッシャー２３が通しボルトの螺子部に挿通されるとともに長ナット２４の一方の端部が螺着され、通しボルトの螺子部に螺着された長ナット２４によって板パネル２１ａ〜２１ｈ，２２ａ，２２ｂが固定用角パイプに固定される。【選択図】図１
