PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden framework building that has a convenient attic storage with a sufficiently large space for storage and allows effective use of the attic.SOLUTION: A girder 32a of a roof frame in a ridge direction A arranged around an attic storage 10 is disposed in a range that keeps a setback distance SB from a pole plate 23 in a span direction B to 1,500 mm or less. A horizontal member in the ridge direction A, on both sides of the girder 32a of the roof frame, is for receiving a floor of the attic storage 10 and is located below a horizontal member connected to the pole plate 23, and is connected close to a lower edge of the girder 32a of the roof frame. An inner wall of the attic storage 10 is installed in such a way that an equation H≥SB*tanθ is satisfied, where H is a height of the inner wall and tanθ is a gradient of an inclined roof surface. A floor surface of the attic storage 10 is installed below an upper edge of the girder 32a of the roof frame, in the ridge direction A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 十分な収納量を確保し使い勝手のよい小屋裏収納部を備えて、小屋裏を有効に活用しうる木造軸組建物を提供する。【解決手段】 小屋裏収納部10の周囲に配設される桁行方向Aの小屋大梁32aは、軒桁23から梁間方向Bへの後退距離SBが1500mm以下の範囲に配設される。桁行方向Aの小屋大梁32aを挟んで、小屋裏収納部10の床を受ける横架材は、軒桁23に接続する横架材よりも下方であって、小屋大梁32aの下端寄りに接合される。小屋裏収納部10の内壁は高さHが、勾配tanθで傾斜する屋根面に対して、H≧SB・tanθの関係式を満たして設けられ、小屋裏収納部10の床面は桁行方向Aの小屋大梁32aの天端より下方に設けられる。【選択図】 図3
