CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR CONCRETE REINFORCEMENT WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a concrete reinforcement wall that allows a worker to build a concrete reinforcement wall efficiently in a short period of time.SOLUTION: A construction method for a concrete reinforcement wall includes the following steps for: installing horizontal members 13, 14 immediately in front of a wall surface 29; installing a square pipe 15a between the horizontal members 13, 14, the square pipe having a through-bolt 16; inserting insertion holes of plate panels 18a to 18d, 19a through the bolt 16 for installing the panels 18a to 18d, 19a on the square pipe 15a, and screwing a long nut 21 on the bolt 16 for fixing the panels 18a to 18d, 19a to the square pipe 15a; installing concrete mold panels 26a to 26e after arranging reinforcing bars, by inserting an insertion hole of the concrete mold panels 26a to 26e through an edge of a separator 22, while screwing the edge of the separator 22 into the long nut 21; casting and curing concrete in a space 63 between the panels 18a to 18d, 19a and the concrete mold panels 26a to 26d; and then, removing the concrete mold panels 26a to 26e.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19
【課題】作業者が短時間に効率よくコンクリート補強壁を構築することができるコンクリート補強壁構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート補強壁構築方法は、壁面29直前に横架材13,14を設置し、通しボルト16を有する角パイプ15aを横架材13,14の間に配置し、板パネル18a〜18d,19aの挿通孔をボルト16に挿通してパネル18a〜18d,19aを角パイプ15aに設置するとともに、ボルト16に長ナット21を螺着してパネル18a〜18d,19aを角パイプ15aに固定し、鉄筋を配筋した後、長ナット21にセパレータ22の端部を螺着しつつ型枠パネル26a〜26eの挿通孔をセパレータ22の端部に挿通してパネル26a〜26eを設置し、パネル18a〜18d,19aとパネル26a〜26eとの間のスペース63に打設したコンクリートを養生した後、パネル26a〜26eを取り外す。【選択図】図19
