CONCRETE WALL REINFORCEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete wall reinforcement method advantageous for securing reinforcement strength.SOLUTION: A reinforcement member 16 extending over the lengthwise direction of a hole 14 is inserted into the hole 14 bored from an outside surface 12 of a side wall 10. A space between the reinforcement member 16 inserted into the hole 14 and the inner peripheral surface of the hole 14 is packed with a filler 18 for integrally connecting the reinforcement member 16 and the side wall 10. Located at the inside of the hole 14 on the side of an opening 14A in the hole 14, a female screw 2102 of a closing plate 21 is screwed with a male screw 1610 of a reinforcement 1602. The closing plate 21 is rotated and the closing plate 21 is moved to the deep side of the hole 14 in the axial direction of the reinforcement 1602, so that the filler 18 packed in the hole 14 is compressed. The air mixed in the filler 18 escapes and a gap partially generated in the filler 18 is eliminated so as to increase the filling rate of the filler 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】補強強度を確保する上で有利なコンクリート壁の補強工法を提供する。【解決手段】側壁10の外側面12から削孔された孔14に、孔14の長さ方向にわたって延在する補強部材16を挿入する。孔14に挿入された補強部材16と孔14の内周面との間の隙間に、補強部材16と側壁10とを一体的に結合する充填材18を充填する。孔14の開口14A側で孔14の内部に位置させて閉塞板21の雌ねじ2102を鉄筋1602の雄ねじ1610を螺合する。閉塞板21を回転させ、閉塞板21を鉄筋1602の軸方向で孔14の奥部側に移動させることで孔14に充填された充填材18を圧縮する。充填材18に混入していた空気が抜けて充填材18に部分的に生じていた隙間が解消され、充填材18の充填率が高まる。【選択図】図2
