PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation method for a multiple-family dwelling and dwelling units which can improve thermal insulation performance and prevent condensation.SOLUTION: On the indoor side of a skeleton C constituting the skeleton of a multiple-family dwelling 1, a soft heat insulation material layer 2 is disposed; on the indoor side of the soft heat insulation material layer 2, a hard heat insulation material layer 3 is disposed; on the indoor side of the hard heat insulation material layer 3, a frame body 4 is disposed; and a panel is filled with heat insulation material pieces 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
