To provide a dwelling unit capable of securing privacy at a higher level while securing opportunities for interaction with other residents.SOLUTION: A multiple dwelling house 1 includes a plurality of dwelling units 2 disposed in a building, a balcony 3 disposed on one side of each dwelling house, and a shared corridor 4 disposed on the opposite side to the balcony of each dwelling unit. Each dwelling unit includes a common room 10 directly connected to the balcony, a main entrance 11 directly connected to the shared corridor, two private rooms 12, 13 arranged in parallel between the shared room and the main entrance, and connected to them, and a bathroom 14. The bathroom is located between the two private rooms so as to communicate with each private room without passing through the main entrance, another private room, and the common room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】他の居住者との交流の機会を確保しつつ、より高いレベルでプライバシーを確保することができる住戸を提供する。【解決手段】集合住宅１は、建物内に配置された複数の住戸２と、各住戸の一方の側に配置されたバルコニー３と、各住戸のバルコニーとは反対側に配置された共用廊下４とを備える。各住戸は、バルコニーに直接通じる共用室１０と、共用廊下に直接通じる玄関１１と、共用室と玄関との間に並列して配置されてこれらに通じる二つの個室１２、１３と、浴室１４とを備える。浴室は、各個室に、玄関、別の個室及び共用室を介することなく通じるように、これら二つの個室の間に配置される。【選択図】図１
