RESIN MORTAR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin mortar having high strength and modulus of elasticity close to concrete, which can solve the problems for not only a strength of a resin mortar used for repairing concrete but also modulus of elasticity of the resin mortar, when the modulus of elasticity is large, deformation when a stress is applied is small, in other words, the deformation of the concrete when a force is applied is small, usually, the deformation of the resin is large.SOLUTION: A resin mortar is obtained by mixing 100 pts.wt. of an epoxy resin with 300-1,000 pts.wt. of aggregate. The aggregate is obtained by mixing coarse aggregate and fine aggregate. A mixture ratio is coarse aggregate/fine aggregate=50/50 to 90/10 by a weight ratio. The coarse aggregate is silica sand of which corners are cut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 コンクリートの補修に用いる樹脂モルタルは強度だけが問題ではない。樹脂モルタルの弾性係数が問題である。弾性係数が大きいということは、応力がかかった時にその変形が小さいということである。即ち、コンクリートは力がかかったときに変形が小さく、通常樹脂は大きいということである。本発明では、強度が大きく、コンクリートと近い弾性係数を持ったものを提供する。【解決手段】 エポキシ樹脂100重量部と骨材を300〜1000重量部を混合したものであって、該骨材は粗骨材と細骨材の混合であり、その混合比は重量比で粗骨材/細骨材=50/50〜90/10であって、該粗骨材は角を削った珪砂であるもの。【選択図】 図1
