RETAINER FRAME IN IRON COVER FOR UNDERGROUND STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost of manufacturing and cost of construction and to reduce a labor burden by making a retainer frame lightweight in an iron cover for an underground structure.SOLUTION: The iron cover for the underground structure is formed from an iron cover and a retainer frame that retains the iron cover. In order to buffer an impulse force that acts on a retainer frame 10 in the case where snow removal boards collide with the retainer frame, the retainer frame includes a double frame structure which is formed from an inner frame part 11 that retains the iron cover, and an outer frame part 12 surrounding the outside of the inner frame part, and in which the inner frame part 11 and the outer frame part 12 are connected at an upper end portion 13 while providing a gap 14 therebetween. Further, because a length of the outer frame part is set shorter in a vertical direction than that of the inner frame part, the retainer frame is formed in a partial double frame structure in which the inner frame part and the outer frame part have substantially inverse J-shaped cross sections.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】地下構造物用鉄蓋において、受枠を軽量化し、製造コスト及び施工コストの低減を図るとともに、労力の負担を軽減し得るようにする。【解決手段】鉄蓋とそれを受け支える受枠とから成る地下構造物用鉄蓋において、受枠に除雪板類が衝突した際に、受枠10に及ぼされる衝撃力が緩和されるように、受枠は鉄蓋を受け支える内枠部11とその外側を取り囲む外枠部12とから成るとともに、間に空所14を設けて上端部13にてつながった二重枠構造を有し、かつまた、上記内枠部よりも外枠部の方が上下方向に短い長さに設定されていることにより、内枠部と外枠部がほぼ逆J字型の横断面を有する部分的二重枠構造に形成されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図2
