CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF EARTH-RETAINER AND UNDERGROUND STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of an earth-retainer and an underground structure that can reduce construction costs, shorten the construction period, and can freely change the size of a new underground structure.SOLUTION: An earth-retainer 10 has an existing underground framework 12 in which at least a part of an underground outer wall 14 or an underlying base plate 18 has been removed and a part of which remains, and a new earth-retaining wall 16 which is provided on an inner or outer side of the existing underground framework 12 and receives the earth pressure acting on a portion where the removed underground outer wall 14 or the removed underlying base plate 18 existed. A construction method of an underground structure 24 has a step of constructing the new earth-retaining wall 16 on an outside of a part of the underground outer wall 14 to be removed, a step of removing a part of the underground outer wall 14 and removing an existing underground structure leaving the other underground outer wall 14 and a step of constructing a new underground structure 24 on an inner side of the new earth-retaining wall 16 and the underground outer wall 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築コストを削減し、工期を短縮することができるとともに、新設の地下構造物の大きさを自由に変えることができる山留め、及び地下構造物の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】山留め10は、少なくとも一部の地下外壁14又は地下底版18が撤去され、一部が残された既存地下躯体12と、残された既存地下躯体12の内側又は外側に設けられ、撤去された地下外壁14又は地下底版18が存在した部分へ作用する土圧を受ける新設山留め壁16と、を有する。また、地下構造物24の構築方法は、撤去する一部の地下外壁14の外側に新設山留め壁16を構築する工程と、一部の地下外壁14を撤去し、他の地下外壁14を残して、既存地下構造物を撤去する工程と、新設山留め壁16と地下外壁14の内側に新設の地下構造物24を構築する工程と、を有する。【選択図】図1
