J-SHAPED LEDGER PLATE LATERAL DISPLACEMENT PREVENTION METAL FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a J-shaped ledger plate lateral displacement prevention metal fitting of a scaffold.SOLUTION: A J-shaped ledger plate lateral displacement prevention metal fitting is composed of a J-shaped cotter bolt 1 being long on the male screw side and a flat steel plate 2 in which there are an elliptical hole capable of passing a bolt part and unable to pass a hexagonal nut 3 on the male screw side and a snowman-shaped hole of overlapping a large hole capable of passing a cotter part 5 and a small hole unable to pass on the hexagonal cotter part 5 side and an elliptical hole part being a rectangular shape in a plane and capable of longitudinally moving a male screw when viewed from the side is flat and reinforced by a rib in the long side direction of becoming flat again from a curve apex in a circular shape along an outer diameter of a horizontal member up to the apex of the horizontal member from a part of contacting with the horizontal member of a building frame, and the J-shaped cotter bolt 1 is inserted into the building frame horizontal member, and is fixed to the horizontal member by fastening a hexagonal nut 3 after preventing so as not to slip out the hexagonal cotter part 5, and a steel ledger plate is prevented so as not to be displaced when a claw metal fitting of the steel ledger plate contacts with a J-shaped ledger plate lateral displacement prevention metal fitting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】足場のＪ字形布板横ずれ防止金具を提供する。【解決手段】雄ネジ側が長いＪ字形コッタボルト１と、Ｊ字形コッタボルト１の両端位置において、雄ネジ側にはボルト部分が通る事が可能で六角ナット３は通る事が出来ない楕円形の穴と六角形のコッタ部分５側にはコッタ部分５は通る事が可能な大きな穴と通る事が出来ない小さい穴が重なりあっての雪ダルマ形の穴がある、平面的には長方形で、横から見ると雄ネジが前後に移動出来る楕円形の穴部分はフラットで建枠の横架材に当った部分から横架材の頂点までは横架材の外径に沿った円形に曲がり頂点から再びフラットになった長辺方向にリブ補強された平鋼板２からなり、Ｊ字形コッタボルト１を建枠横架材に差込んで、六角形のコッタ部分５が抜けない様にしてから、六角ナット３を締付ける事によって横架材に固定され、鋼製布板のつめ金具がＪ字形布板横ずれ防止金具に当たって鋼製布板をずれないようする。【選択図】図４
