DISPLACEMENT PREVENTION METAL FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wall material mounted in a dry state from being displaced by a load.SOLUTION: A displacement prevention metal fitting includes: bolt in which a screw hole is formed on the top surface of the head and the shaft part is embedded in the wall surface; a vertical piece abutting against the top surface of the bolt and having a long hole so that the fixing position can be adjusted; an upper piece extending from an upper end of the vertical piece toward the wall surface; a supporting metal fitting having a lower piece extending from the lower end of the vertical piece to the opposite side of the wall surface; a small screw for fixing the position of the supporting metal fitting by screwing the supporting metal fitting into the top surface of the bolt through the long hole of the supporting metal fitting; and a fixing screw extending from an upper piece of the supporting metal fitting toward a head side face of the bolt, in which the fixing screw stops loosening of the bolt by pressing the head side face of the bolt so that the position of the support metal fitting is not lowered by the load of the wall material placed on the lower piece of the support metal fitting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】乾式で取り付けた壁材が荷重により位置ズレを生じるのを防止する。【解決手段】変位防止金具は、頭頂面にネジ穴が形成され軸部が壁面に埋め込まれるボルトと、前記ボルトの頭頂面に当接され固定位置を調整可能に長孔が空けられた縦片、前記縦片の上端から前記壁面に向かって延びる上片、及び前記縦片の下端から前記壁面と反対側に延びる下片を有する支持金具と、前記支持金具の長孔を通して前記ボルトの頭頂面に螺合させることで前記支持金具の位置を固定する小ネジと、前記支持金具の上片から前記ボルトの頭側面に向けて延設される固定ネジと、を有し、前記固定ネジは、前記支持金具の下片に載置された壁材の荷重によって前記支持金具の位置が下がらないように、前記ボルトの頭側面を押し付けることで前記ボルトの緩みを止める。【選択図】図１
