PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change security services provided for users in conformity to needs of each user.SOLUTION: A service management table in a service providing device 10 stores a list of people in a room per facility. This list of people in the room is sequentially updated on the basis of information transmitted by a control device 50. The service providing device 10 performs processing corresponding to a received usage request, on receiving the usage request for a service from user terminals 30A-30C. If the usage request is a request for displaying people in a room and a plan view, a CPU in the service providing device 10 reads out the list of people in the room and plan view data corresponding to a facility ID included in the usage request from the service management table, and transmits the read-out list of people in the room and plan view data to the user terminal. The user terminal displays the plan view and the list of people in the room for the facilities 40A-40C on the basis of the list of people in the room and plan view data received from the service providing device 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】利用者に提供するセキュリティサービスを、利用者毎のニーズに合わせて異ならせる。【解決手段】サービス提供装置１０のサービス管理テーブルには施設ごとの在室者のリストが格納されている。この在室者リスとは、制御装置５０から送信されてくる情報に基づいて逐次更新される。サービス提供装置１０は、ユーザ端末３０Ａ〜３０Ｃからサービスの利用要求を受信すると、受信された利用要求に応じた処理を実行する。利用要求が在室者と平面図の表示要求である場合には、サービス提供装置１０のＣＰＵは、利用要求に含まれる施設ＩＤに対応する在室者リストと平面図データとを、サービス管理テーブルから読み出し、読み出した在室者リストと平面図データとをユーザ端末へ送信する。ユーザ端末は、サービス提供装置１０から受信された在室者リストと平面図データとに基づいて、施設４０Ａ〜４０Ｃの平面図と在室者のリストを表示する。【選択図】図１
