COATING AGENT FOR FORMING ELECTROCORROSION PREVENTION LAYER, AND THERMAL SHIELDING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal shielding material with a thermal shielding layer in which electrocorrosion prevention effect and thermal shielding effect are made consistent.SOLUTION: An electrocorrosion prevention layer 2 made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with a thickness of 10 microns or lower on an aluminum layer 1 as aluminum alloy foil as the stock with a high reflection rate to radiation heat with a coating film to form into a thermal shielding material in which the reduction of reflectivity to the radiation heat of the aluminum layer 1 can be controlled to 10% or lower, particularly, 1% or lower, and satisfactory electrocorrosion effect having performance that corrosion is not caused after the passage for 20 years after its installing at the inside of a room can be recognized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】電食防止効果と遮熱効果とを両立させた遮熱層を備える遮熱材を提供する。【解決手段】輻射熱に対して高反射率の素材としてのアルミニウム合金はくからなるアルミニウム層1へ塗膜によって、厚みを10ミクロン以下としたポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)からなる電食防止層2を形成し、アルミニウム層1の輻射熱に対する反射率の低下を10%以内、特に1%以内に収めることができ、かつ、室内に設置20年経過後に腐食が起こらないとされる性能で、良好な電食防止効果が認められる遮熱材とする。【選択図】図1
