PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modesty panel fitting structure on a deck that allows a modesty panel to be fitted readily through a bracket and prevents dislocation of the modesty panel.SOLUTION: A deck includes a substrate formed on a leg member, and a floor panel 3 formed on the substrate. A bracket 161 includes a connecting part 161a connected to the substrate at a location below a peripheral part of the floor panel 3, and an engaging part 161f protruded upward at a location away from the connected surface of the substrate. A modesty panel 61 includes an outer wall part 61a disposed outside of the substrate and the peripheral part of the floor panel 3, an inwardly extending contact part 61e protruding toward an inner side of the deck from the outer wall part 61a and disposed below the peripheral part of the floor panel 3, and an engaged part 61f protruding downward from the inwardly extending contact part 61e, to be engaged with the engaging part 161f of the bracket 161 from above.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
