DECK MATERIAL INSTALLATION METAL FITTING AND DECK MATERIAL FITTING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deck material installation metal fitting that absorbs expansion and contraction of the deck material due to a temperature change, and may be manufactured with a lesser amount of materials.SOLUTION: A deck material installation metal fitting includes a first rising surface part 5, a second rising surface part 6, screw support parts 7, 8, 25, a first outside engaging part 10, a second outside engaging part 12 and a central engaging part 14. Screws inserted into the screw support parts 7, 8, 25 are screwed into a support material of a deck material and tightened, while inserting the first outside engaging part 10, the second outside engaging part 12 and the central engaging part 14 into a fitting groove formed on a side surface of the deck materials on both sides, to have biting protrusions 11, 13, 15 formed on a tip part of each of the engaging parts 10, 12, 14 bite into an undersurface of each of the fitting grooves, thus engaging the deck materials on both sides with the support material for the deck material. Expansion and contraction of the deck material may be absorbed, as the first rising surface part 5 and the second rising surface part 6 are elastically deformed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】温度変化によるデッキ材の伸縮を吸収可能とし、なおかつ少ない材料量でデッキ材取付金具を製作できるようにする。【解決手段】第一の立ち上がり面部5、第二の立ち上がり面部6、ビス支持部7,8,25、第一の外側係止部10、第二の外側係止部12および中央側係止部14を設ける。第一の外側係止部10、第二の外側係止部12および中央側係止部14を両側のデッキ材の側面に設けられた取付溝に挿入した状態で、ビス支持部7,8,25に挿通したビスをデッキ材支持材にねじ込み、締め付けることにより各係止部10,12,14の先端部に設けられた食い込み突起部11,13,15を各取付溝の下面に食い込ませ、両側のデッキ材をデッキ材支持材に係止するようにする。第一の立ち上がり面部5および第二の立ち上がり面部6が弾性変形することにより、デッキ材の伸縮を吸収することができる。【選択図】図1
