CONTINUOUS UNDERGROUND WALL STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent overflow of an increased volume of mixed soil, without recovering and carrying out the mixed soil, and enhance workability of construction work.SOLUTION: Overflow of mixed soil 50 is prevented in the following steps for: excavating continuously a widening groove 21 on a ground surface side, prior to excavating a trench 22; forming the mixed soil 50 of low flowability while excavating the trench 22 at a bottom of the widening groove 21 using an excavation kneader 30, by agitating and mixing a solidification material of low flowability discharged in the trench 22 with excavation sediment; erecting a stress material 60 in the uncured mixed soil 50; and having a portion of a volume of the mixed soil 50 increased by the solidification material and the stress material put in the trench 22 housed in the widening groove 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】混合土の回収と搬出を行わずに、増量した混合土の越流を確実に防止して施工性を高めること。【解決手段】トレンチ22の掘削に先行して地表側に拡幅溝21を連続して開削し、拡幅溝22の溝底に掘削混練機30を使用してトレンチ22を開削しつつ、トレンチ22内に吐出した流動性の低い固化材と掘削土砂を撹拌混合して低流動性の混合土50を形成し、未硬化の混合土50に応力材60を建て込み、トレンチ21内へ注入した固化材と応力材による増量分の混合土50を拡幅溝22に収容させて混合土50の越流を阻止する。【選択図】図1
