ROOF FRAME IN WHICH PRESTRESS IS INTRODUCED
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structurally simple roof frame in which the weight of the roof frame is reduced, and the vibration of the roof frame of a large span is restrained by increasing rigidity.SOLUTION: In a steel-frame roof frame used for a stadium, a ball game facility or the like, roof member units 1 in each of which ribs 10 are arranged in the apexes of a polygon in a cross section, and outside plates 2 are fixed between the ribs 10 to form a hollow closed cross section, are continuously arranged in the lengthwise direction. Prestress is introduced to the continuously arranged roof member units 1 by applying tensile force to tensile steel materials 4 arranged along the ribs 10 and fixing them to both ends, and the roof member units 1 are press-bonded to each other by the prestress force and integrated. These integrated roof frame members are integrally juxtaposed. The polygon is any of a triangle, an inverse triangle and a diamond, the rib 10 is formed as a hollow member, and the tensile steel material 4 is arranged in a rib cross section. The rigidity of the roof frame is enhanced by filling the hollow part of the rib with a filler such as mortar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】屋根架構を軽量化すると共に剛性を増して大スパンの屋根架構の振動を抑制すると共に構造的にシンプルな屋根架構を提供する。【解決手段】スタジアムや球技施設等に用いられる鉄骨屋根架構であって、横断面においてリブ10が多角形の頂点に配列され、これらのリブ10の間に外板2を固定して中空の閉鎖断面とした屋根部材ユニット1を長手方向に連接し、リブ10に沿って配設した緊張鋼材4に緊張力を導入して両端部に定着して連接した屋根部材ユニット1にプレストレスを導入するとともにプレストレス力で圧着接合して屋根部材ユニット1を一体化し、この一体化した屋根架構部材を並べて一体化したことを特徴とする屋根架構である。多角形は、三角形、逆三角形、菱形のいずれかであり、リブ10を中空部材とする共にリブ断面内に緊張鋼材4を配設し、リブの中空部にモルタル等の充填材を充填して屋根架構の剛性を高める。【選択図】図1
