PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a building such as a house from inclining or settling when the ground is liquefied in an earthquake.SOLUTION: A foundation pile of a steel plate 2 having a steel plate foundation pile 1 is driven in up to the hard ground of the weak ground, so that even if the weak ground is liquefied, a building 5 such as a house is not inclined or settled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
