PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch gear which can open a fuel lid as required only.SOLUTION: A switch gear 10 includes an engine start SW 11 which transits an engine of a vehicle between a drive state and a stop state, and a coil 12 which dispatches drive electric wave Wd to an electronic key 40. The switch gear 10 is equipped with a rid operation part 13 which opens a fuel lid 20 provided on the vehicle, and a determination part 14 which determines whether the engine of the vehicle is in the drive state or not on the basis of the engine start SW 11 and the coil 12, and validates an operation of the lid operation part 13 under the condition that the engine of the vehicle is not in the drive state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】フューエルリッドを必要なときだけ開くことができることができるスイッチ装置を提供する。【解決手段】スイッチ装置１０は、車両のエンジンを駆動状態又は停止状態に遷移させるエンジンスタートＳＷ１１と、電子キー４０に対して駆動電波Ｗｄを発信するコイル１２と、を備える。スイッチ装置１０は、車両に設けられるフューエルリッド２０を開かせるリッド操作部１３と、エンジンスタートＳＷ１１及びコイル１２に基づいて車両のエンジンが駆動状態であるか否かを判定し、車両のエンジンが駆動状態でないことを条件にリッド操作部１３の操作を有効とする判定部１４と、を備える。【選択図】図１
