MIXTURE POWDER FOR THREE-DIMENSIONAL MOLDING AND THREE-DIMENSIONAL MOLDED ARTICLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixture powder for three-dimensional molding, which suppresses occurrence of a defect in a part of a three-dimensional molded article.SOLUTION: A mixture powder 10 for three-dimensional molding contains an inorganic powder of hydrophilic particles having an average particle diameter of 15 μm or less, by 0.01 wt.% or more and 5 wt.% or less with respect to the mixture powder 10 for three-dimensional molding. Since cohesive force of α-hemihydrate gypsum is decreased, the obtained mixture powder 10 for three-dimensional molding has a compaction degree of 25% or less and higher fluidity and thereby, the powder can be uniformly and horizontally supplied by a roller 29 to a thickness equal to that of a single layer of a layered solidified product 32 in a molding tank 31 of a three-dimensional molding apparatus 12. 【課題】立体造形物の一部に欠陥が発生することを抑制する立体造形用混合粉体を提供する。【解決手段】立体造形用混合粉体10によれば、無機粉体は平均粒径15μm以下の親水性粒子であり、立体造形用混合粉体10に対して0.01重量%以上5重量%以下の範囲内で含有される。このため、α半水石膏の凝集力が低下され、立体造形用混合粉体10は圧縮度が25%以下となりその流動性が高められることから、立体造形物成形装置12の造形槽31内において層状固化物32の一層分の厚みと等しく水平に均一にローラ29により充填される。これにより、成形される立体造形物30の一部に欠陥が発生することを抑制することができる。【選択図】図5
