FILAMENT FOR THREE-DIMENSIONAL LAMINATED MOLDING AND THREE-DIMENSIONAL LAMINATED MOLD ARTICLE USING SAME
To provide a filament for three-dimensional laminated molding by which a sintered body having high strength, high toughness, low shrinkage and high density can be molded by using a zirconia material among ceramic molding, and to provide a three-dimensional laminated mold article using the same.SOLUTION: A filament for three-dimensional lamination molding comprises a filament material containing ZrO2 powders and a thermoplastic binder, and the ZrO2 powders contain a first powder and a second powder having a mean particle diameter smaller than that of the first powder. A three-dimensional laminated mold article according to the present invention is formed by using the filament for three-dimensional laminated molding according to the present invention.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 セラミックス造形のうち、ジルコニア材料を用いて、高強度、高靭性で、低収縮で緻密な焼結体を造形し得る3次元積層造形用フィラメント及びこれを用いた3次元積層造形物を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明にかかる3次元積層造形用フィラメントは、ZrO2系粉体と、熱可塑性バインダーとを含むフィラメント材料からなり、前記ZrO2系粉体が、第1の粉体と、前記第1の粉体よりも平均粒径の小さい第2の粉体とを含む。本発明にかかる3次元積層造形物は、本発明にかかる3次元積層造形用フィラメントを用いて造形されてなる。【選択図】 なし
