FITTING STRUCTURE AND FITTING METHOD FOR DOOR FRAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy door of high sound insulation property that insulates airborne sound and reduces vibration conveyed to the door through a structure from an object other than the door, such as a machine in a room, and therefore reduces solid-borne sound dissipated into air through the door.SOLUTION: A door 22 is installed in a door frame 24. The door frame 24 is fitted on a door frame receiving part 26 using a vibration control device 28, with a vibration control rubber in between. The vibration control device 28 withstands a load of the door 22 and the door frame 24. A toppling prevention device 30 is used for fitting the door frame 24 on a wall with the vibration control rubber in between, for preventing the door frame 24 from toppling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】遮音性の高い重量ドアにおいて、空気伝搬音を遮音するとともに、ドア以外の、例えば室内の機械から構造物を介してドアに伝わる振動を低減して、ドア経由で空中に放射される固体伝搬音を低減したドアを提供する。【解決手段】ドア枠24にドア22が設置される。防振装置28によって、防振ゴムを介してドア枠受け部26にドア枠24を取り付ける。防振装置28は、ドア22及びドア枠24の荷重を受けることが可能である。倒れ止め装置30は、防振ゴムを介して壁にドア枠24を取り付けて、ドア枠24の転倒を防止する。【選択図】図1
