MOISTURE CURABLE ADHESIVE COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING HARD WOOD FLOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition for adhesively binding a floor covering material to various substances.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive composition containing a lot of irregular shape spacer particles having size of 0.5 mm to 10 mm of 0.2 to 10 weight percentage, a moisture curing polymer system of 10 to 50 weight percentage and an additive for modifying physical properties of the composition of 40 to 90 weight percentage.EFFECT: There is provided an adhesive becoming an elastomer film having uniform thickness exhibiting controlled steam transduction and soundproofness during cured. There are also provided a floor structure and a method for constructing such floor structure using the adhesive composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】種々の基質に対して床仕上げ材を接着的に結合させるための接着性組成物の提供。【解決手段】０．５ｍｍ〜１０ｍｍのサイズの、０．２〜１０重量パーセントの多数の不規則形態スペーサー粒子、１０〜５０重量パーセントの湿気硬化ポリマーシステム、および４０〜９０重量パーセントの、組成物の物理的特性を改変するための添加物が含まれる、接着性組成物。【効果】硬化した時に、制御された水蒸気伝達と防音特性を示す、均一の厚さのエラストマーフィルムとなる接着剤を提供する。床構造と、接着性組成物を用いたそのような床構造を構築するための方法も提供される。【選択図】図３
