MOISTURE-CURABLE ADHESIVE COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING HARDWOOD FLOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition containing many spacer particles, having controlled vapor transduction and soundproofness for adhering a floor finishing material to various substrates.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive composition containing (a) 10 to 50 weight percentage of a moisture-curable polymer system, (b) 0.2 to 10 weight percentage of many irregular shape spacer particles having non-spherical three-dimensional shape, in which at least 2 cross section surfaces taken through particles has different area, and size of 0.5 to 10 mm for controlling thickness when applied to a floor substrate, and (c) an adhesion containing 30 to 75 weight percentage of a filler, for increasing strength of the composition and providing thixotropic property of the composition, and these components is total 100% of weight of the composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】多数のスペーサー粒子を含み、制御された水蒸気伝達と防音特性を持つ、種々の基質に対して床仕上げ材を接着させための接着性組成物の提供。【解決手段】（ａ）１０〜５０重量パーセントの湿気硬化ポリマーシステム、（ｂ）床基質に適用される際に厚さを制御するため、粒子を通してとられる少なくとも２つの横断面が異なる面積を持つ非球形の三次元形態であり、サイズが０．５〜１０ｍｍである多数の不規則形態スペーサー粒子を０．２〜１０重量パーセント、（ｃ）組成物の強度を増加させる、及び組成物のチキソトロピー特性を提供するための添加物を、組成物の３０〜７５重量パーセントの充填剤を含む、添加物を含み、これら成分は、合計で組成物の重量の１００％である接着性組成物。【選択図】図３
