FORKLIFT-ATTACHED SNOW MELTING DEVICE USING ENGINE WASTE HEAT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forklift-attached snow melting device using engine waste heat which is capable of melting snow accumulated on a passage way of the forklift using an engine waste heat to thereby allow water to flow into a drainage gutter, and which is durable enough to solve a problem in a snow-melting sled described in patent document 1 that, when snow is removed from the road surface, the bottom of a sled comes into direct contact with the road surface causing a damage thereon.SOLUTION: Water is heat by engine waste heat to make hot water and is fed to a drum by means of a pump. The drum heated as the forklift travels is brought into contact with snow while being rotated to melt the snow on a ground. The cooled water in the drum is recovered and returned to a piping circuit to be circulated through the piping circuit while being re-heated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】解決しようとする課題は、フオークリフトの通路の積雪を融かせば降雨と同じで排水溝に流れ去り、融雪必要熱はエンジン廃熱で間に合うが、特許文献1は融雪ソリとして具体化しているがこれでは道路上の雪を融かして、雪が無くなりソリの底面は路面にじかに接してソリの底面が損傷し耐久性が無い。耐久性を有する装置を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】エンジン廃熱により加温した湯をポンプで圧送してドラム内に給湯し、フオークリフトの走行に伴なって加温されたドラムを回転接地させて道路の融雪を行い、冷えたドラム内の湯を回収し配管回路に戻し再加温し循環させる。【選択図】図1
